Well that was a very long but amazing weekend working with the @cardiffdevilsofficial at the @iihfhockey Continental Cup Final. #iihfcontinentalcup #cardiffdevils

So took a flying visit to Amsterdam for a concert but before the concert did a little sightseeing and a canal sightseeing trip

1600 miles round trip to spend with friends making more good memories and stories that will bring smiles for years to come, after the last few weeks with what's happened in the world of ice hockey I was nice to spend time with these people and get back to what we all love. Big thanks to @tmurder30 my road trip buddy.

A little evening walk around Southampton this evening on an overnight trip with work

Bit of a long weekend but got to see a diffrent part of the County Saturday before a very long drive back....I hate the M25. Followed by a relaxing afternoon Sunday kayaking across Cardiff Bay

Before, during and after. After a few years of growing my hair my locks have come off just over £200 raised for @prostatecancerhockey and 14" of hair going to @littleprincesstrustcharity #fortheboys #charityhaircut #prostatecancerawareness

Then the return leg via Belgium for an overnight stop and home the following day. Just under 2300 miles total and just under 49mpg average when I spend a lot of time above 100mph in Germany. #roadtrip #eurotrip #dfdsseaways

Next part of the trip was a few miles from Paris to Rostock for the ferry to Sweden, 4 days of a lot of sun and music at Sweden Rock.

After a few days away listening to some band down, @butlinsbigweekenders didn't realise how much I needed it. The walks along the beach were very restful, where the only mark I was there was washed away only an hour later. Only leave footprints 👣. #mineheadbeach #nature #beach

13 years ago today I went to the coldest temperature i have ever been to and saw the northern lights for the first time stood on a frozen river. The memories of this place will remain with me for a very long time. This trip was the spark that got me into travel.

After 200km in August I set myself a goal of 10km a day for the month of September, I cracked that milestone on the 28. Knowing I was close inset a new goal of 200 miles. Today I cracked that on the last day of the month.
